"Once you have been in the Light, there is no way back as you keep remembering what you have seen and been. ... It is difficult to describe what happened during the program, but it was for me a transformative experience. The power of the event was the group attending as it is so much easier to see in others what you do not want to see you in yourself. ... I realized that if the names of the people, the places, the points in time in their stories were different from mine, we all shared the same pain and in fact the same story of separation, of being distanced from ourselves. There were a lot of tears, there was a lot of dancing and music, and progressively my emotions came back, the insights and wisdom I had read so much about before, started to resonate strongly with me and took a different meaning, a sacred meaning, images, the memories of voices and a very intense feeling of Love filled my being. This feeling, I can only describe as to when you were a child and you saw your father coming back after a few days of absence, you couldn’t help but rush into his arms and hug him because your body was too small to contain so much love, it had to be physically given, passed to the loved-one. ... And I felt that this Love I gave to others without counting was a part of me, was the Part of me, which had always been there and will never go away. I had this definitive feeling and realization that this was what I had been looking for all my life, to connect with this part of me, which is the Life Energy. It was so simple then to realize and feel for the first time that it was not to be found elsewhere in some remote places or exotic activities, this could not be found outside myself. The good news, it was in myself, available, on demand 24/7, I simply needed to decide to access it. ... This is when “I came back home”, that is how it felt, to come back home after a long journey into the wild, it all made sense and it all crystalized into understanding that I couldn’t become who I was, I could simply let go of who I was not and the sense of liberation was total. No work, no tasks to achieve, nothing to change, alter, fix, transform, simply remembering the way to be connected with my inner Light. I also understood now why Kristel didn’t want to have 1-2-1 sessions with me, as I would have played the game I wanted to play instead of playing the game I needed to play. The group experience short-circuited my mind and forced me to Feel, to unconsciously raise my energy level to such a level that layers of separation melted away and I was left with a Lightness of Being, a confidence and a connection with the energy of Love I could only have dreamt about."
